13 COMPETITION RULES -
EDUCATE - LEARNING PLATFORM COMPETITIONS FROM VIRTUAL STOCK MARKETS
These Rules are for the 13, which constitute the
contractual rights and obligations of members to Participants, as may be
amended from time to time.
In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and the
conditions and/or explanations being advised during a competition, these Rules
shall take precedence.
13 Procedures and Descriptions
13 Competing
The Participant may participate in the 13 Single, Double, Triple, Quattro, and
Five; by selecting the outcome based on knowledge from the companies or info
provided from Stock exchanges, Banks & Brokers or Financial Media published
and available for customers. An online process to participate is provided
through the platform

The following are the essential Competition features for 13: Single, Double,
Triple, Quattro, and Five
The platform competition in which the Participant correctly selects the
outcomes of several STOCK / SHARES Competitions. In particular, Participants
will have to select the outcomes based on his/hers knowledge. (1, 2) of
13 Single predetermined 26 Shares from any of the stock exchanges that the
platform provides and maintain.
The cost of each Entry / Board will be from 0.1 INR to 5000 INR
inclusive of VAT.
The maximum sum for a participant per filled ticket online
will be limited to 5000 INR.
STOCK / SHARES 13 Single in the fixtures are listed in the
order of “1" versus “2”.
How it works:
If the first company equal to no (1) has a better value increase in % more than 0.01 % during the stock contest from the other (2), and then it is (1) that is the best % gainers.
If the second company equal to no (2) has a better
value increase in % more than 0.01% during the stock contest then it is (2)
that are the best % gainers.
A ticket of 13 Single fixture results selected is denoted as [1]; [2] where:
1 = First Company
2 = Second Company
STOCK / SHARES 13 Double in the fixtures are listed in the order of “1"
versus “2” or “x”
How it works:
If the first company equal to no (1) has a better
value increase in % more than 1.001 % during the stock contest from the other
(2), then it is (1) that is the best % gainers.
If the second company equal to no (2), has a better value increase in % more
than 1.001% during the stock contest than (1) then it is (2) that is the best %
gainers.
If both shares end within a difference of 1.000 % then the result is calculated
as equal which represents by (x) to win the competition.
A ticket of 13 Double fixture results selected is denoted as [1]; [x]; [2] where:
1 = First Company
X= Equal
2 = Second Company
STOCK / SHARES 13 Triple in the fixtures are listed in the order of “1"
“x” “2” versus each other.
If the first company equal to no (1) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest from the other (x) and (2), then it is (1) that is the best %
gainer.
If the second company equal to no (x) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) and (2) then it is (x) that is the best %
gainer.
If the third company equal to no (2) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) and (x) then it is (2) that is the best % gainer.
A ticket of 13 Triple fixture result selected denoted as [1]; [x]; [2] where:
1 = First Company
X= Second Company
2 = Third Company
STOCK / SHARES 13 Quattro in the fixtures are listed in the order of
“1" “x” “2” “3” versus each other.
If the first company equal to no (1) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than the other (x) or (2) or (3) then it is (1) that is the
best % gainer.
If the second company equal to no (x) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (2) or (3) then it is (x) that is the best %
gainer.
If the third company equal to no (2) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (x) or (3) then it is (1) that is the best %
gainer.
If the fourth company equal to no (3) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (x) or (2) then it is (3) that is the best %
gainer.
A ticket of 13 Quattro fixture result selected denoted as [1]; [x]; [2], [3]
where:
1 = First Company
X= Second Company
2 = Third Company
3 = Fourth Company
STOCK / SHARES 13 Five in the fixtures are listed in the order of “1" “x”
‘2” “3” “4” versus each other.
If the first company equal to no (1) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than the other (x) or (2) or (3) or (4) then it is (1)
that is the best % gainer.
If the second company equal to no (x) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (2) or (3) or (4) then it is (x) that is the best
% gainer.
If the third company equal to no (2) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (x) or (3) or (4) then it is (2) that is the best
% gainer.
If the fourth company equal to no (3) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (x) or (2) or (4) then it is (3) that is
the best % gainer.
If the fifth company equal to no (4) has a better value increase in % during
the stock contest than (1) or (x) or (2) or (3) then it is (4) that is the best
% gainer.

EXTRA MARK: In all 13 Competition features for 13: Single, Double, Triple,
Quattro, and Five.
For some competitions will there be possibilities to select EXTRA MARK
When Extra mark is available as 1 – 4 or 1 – 13 or 1 – 20 or 1 – 30 it gives
the participant right to mark the selected EXTRA MARK anywhere on the ticket.
10. Use of an EXTRA MARK
When a participant uses an EXTRA MARK on his paid ticket for that competition
to select the best gain or equal in % share, will it be calculated as the
winner on that fixture if it is marked.

The cost for each mark will double from a single ticket origin set price to
participate, with 100% per each time of each Extra Mark. Flow of cost
The cost per selected mark doubles each time when a new EXTRA MARK is added.
The flow of cost example calculated five(5), Extra Mark:
Single row 0.1 INR / + 1 EM x100% = 0.2 INR / + 1 EM x100% = 0.4 INR / + 1 EM x
100% = 0.8 INR / + 1 EM x 100% = 1.6 INR / + 1 EM x 100% = 3.2 INR

This means that the Participant has correctly matched all 13 outcomes from the
Fixture List (“MATCH 13”).

Fixture List (“MATCH 12”).

Prize Division 3 - Match 11
This means that the Participant has correctly matched 11 outcomes from the
Fixture List (“MATCH 11”).

Prize Pools
Subject to fees for the platform of 38% of the total ticket net sales is the
remaining balance of the lowest 62% net for payment of Prize(s) to the winners
The allocation of the Pool Fund to each of the remaining Prize categories shall
be in accordance with the following provisions:
In the unlikely event that there are no winners in 13, 1 Prize, then the
winner's list of correct numbers shall be rolled down to the next corresponding
winner’s level and replace the 1 prize with 12 correct numbers.
Second place winners will roll down to 11: correct market shares on the slip.
Third place winners will roll down to 10: correct market shares on the slip.
The roll down to find 3 levels of correct winners will be applied for all three
levels of Winners as follows, 13: 12: and 11 until it's paid out.
The whole Prize Pool rolls down to lower numbers of winners until all Prizes
have been paid out for each individual contest each time.

13 Game Rules and Regulations
4.0 Glossary
The following words and terms, wherever they appear in these Rules, shall have
the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
‘Ticket Slip’
A preformatted form bearing the numbers from which a Participant can make
his/her Selection to make an Entry into the 13 Game.
‘Ticket
The Selection of STOCK / SHARES on the competition Slip for 13 Single, Double,
Triple, Quattro, and Five as per these Rules.
‘INXSHARES Central Computer System’
The computer system/s are used by 13 platforms to operate the 13 Games.
‘Draw’
A specific 13 list consisting of thirteen (13) fixtures, with a specified
time for opening and closing of Entries for 13 Single, Double, Triple, Quattro,
and Five.
‘Division’
The tiers within which a Participant may win a Prize according to the defined
matching criteria set forth in the relevant Prize division.
‘Entry’
A transaction by which a Participant’s entry into the 13 competitions has been
recorded as an entry on the Central Computer System. An entry may also be
referred to as a ‘participate.
‘Fixture List’
A list of thirteen (13) future fixtures to be played, making up the Entry
Selection applicable for a specified STOCK / SHARES. This list will be
available online. Retailer outlets and other sources, such as the media,
preceding the listed fixtures.
‘Game’
The game of 13 as detailed in these Rules, shall include any competition,
scheme, arrangement, system, plan, promotional competition, or device.
‘INXSHARES ’
INXSHARES, Operator a platform for competition.
‘ Processing System’
The transaction processing system that controls the operation of the 13
Competitions consists of the Central Computer System and the Terminals.
‘Extra Mark
A Selection is given in some competition’s when a Participant selects multiple
outcomes for one or more fixtures.
‘ Competitions
INXSHARES operates in INDIA and states where the law allows online Skill
competitions/games for money.
‘Participant’
A member of the public (a player) over the age of 18 who purchases or otherwise
acquires a ticket.
‘Pool’
The amount allocated to each Prize category.
‘Prize’
A prize won by a Participant in the 13 Game. The Prizes can be also guaranteed
Prizes or Prizes in kind.

‘Prize Fund’
Shall be a percentage of the net sales of Entries into that competition or such
larger amount as shall be determined by INXSHARES, in its sole and absolute
discretion, from time to time allocated to the 13 Game.
‘EXTRA MARK
A system function for the Participant in selecting thirteen (13) competitions,
on behalf of the Participant.
‘Ticket’
An INXSHARES digital receipt is given online and issued by the Terminal Platform
to a Participant subsequent to competition in the 13 competition which
records a Participant’s Entry into the 13 Game.
‘Retailer’
A supplier, person, firm, or entity authorized by INXSHARES to sell the
13 Entries and/or to pay certain Prizes in respect of Valid Winning Receipt of
the 13 Game.
‘Rules’
These Game rules and regulations for 13 as detailed herein, and may be amended
from time to time.
‘Selection’
Participant’s selection for the outcome of each fixture on the 13 Single lists;
and which is recorded on a Receipt issued in accordance with these Rule A

‘ALL 13’
An online competition consisting of all 13 competitions provided by the
platform fixtures utilizing a computerized terminal to record Selections and
also to validate Prize claims.
‘ 13 Procedures’
Any procedure or condition-issued by INXSHARES , from time to time, which
applies to the 13 competitions and which may from time to time, include
among other information on how Prizes are won, the Prize Structure, and the
method of selling or entering the 13 competition.
‘ 13 Receipt Validation Requirements
INXSHARES ’s validation requirements for Receipts representing winning numbers
for that specific competition.
‘Platform’
The point of sale terminals with an online connection to the Central Computer
System shall be used for the issuance of valid digital Receipts and
for the validation of Valid Winning Receipts.

Digital Ticket issued by the online platform.

13 Game Rules and Regulations
‘Valid Winning Receipt’
A winning 13 Digital Receipt which meets all the 13 Receipt Validation Requirements
in force at INXSHARES , from time to time.
‘VAT’
Value Added Tax levied in terms of the VAT Act, as amended.
‘Winning Selection’
A Selection that entitles a Participant to a Prize in the category applicable
to the correct numbers selected.
In these Rules, the singular includes the plural, as the context may require.
